We at SW Advanced Flooring are a long established, mature company based in Bonnyrigg, Midlothian. We have now been around for nearly 40 years and our location places us in an ideal situation to service enquries from Edinburgh, Glasgow, along the M8 Corridor and all over Central and Southern Scotland. We are specialists in all aspects of flooring, although our main focus is timber flooring. We also specialise in the supply of your brand new flooring as well as having our top professionals come and fit it for you at your convenience. We also offer a supply and delivery service if you only require the flooring itself.

Apart from supplying and fitting your new flooring we also offer a floor maintenance service, where we will repair your floor should you have any accidents. We can even replace single boards to bring your floor back to its original standard. We also provide a floor sanding service, which will recover your original floor boards and sand them back to an extremely high standard. We use the best varnishes, and this allows us to offer you choice … choice on drying times, tints, and durability. We can stain your floor boards darker or leave them natural with clear varnish ensuring you have a trully unique floor that you can show off to your friends and family.
