Steven and Ryan came recommended by a local tradesman to sand and treat the wooden floor throughout our new house. They came early, worked really hard and were lovely to have in the house. We had a problem with a product we used and they dealt with it brilliantly. Their knowledge and confidence to resolve the issue was so reassuring. They moved work to extend their time with us to resolve the problem. Communication was great and they took time to do extra samples with other products they recommended. Our floors look absolutely amazing, better than we could’ve imagined. I wish I had used them for the whole flooring process start to finish. I think you see a true measure of a company when there is a problem, especially something outwith their control. Steven and Ryan have integrity, and are masters at what they do.

Stevie and Ryan recently sanded and varnished my hardwood floor. It was faded in parts and one board had moved. They made a lovely job of repair, sanding and varnishing the floor. They were punctual, friendly and worked hard to get the floor looking top notch. The floor now looks brand new. Can easily recommend the guys if you are looking to refresh your hardwood flooring.

My engineered oak was over 10 years old . I contacted Steven to ask if it could be sanded, from the start , he was helpful and honest, and after a couple of photos , he said it could be done. Steven and his son came down to the borders and spent the day sanding and varnishing my floor. The result is astonishing and my floor looks new. Highly recommend this company. They are very knowledgeable and professional and so tidy. They work very hard , some of the sanding is done by hand to make sure they get all the marks out and hard to reach places. Steven installed our Kährs flooring just over 20yrs ago when we moved in to our home. Over the years SW Advanced Flooring have popped out to fill gaps where we moved units and the fireplace. Steven and Ryan have just completed the floors first sanding and refinishing and the result is incredible. The floor looks brand new and ready for the next 20yrs of use! We were really surprised at just how little dust was created in the process and once it was complete they cleaned up and there was virtually no dust remaining.
